Accounts Officer

Royal Airport Services is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their head office in Islamabad with the following details:

Job Description:

Monitoring of data entry in SAP Receivable module for allocated stations.
Coordinate with departments for ensuring accuracy.
Preparing variance reports on daily basis to Head office concern management.
Generating invoices and reconcile with manual work orders.
Reconciliation of ledgers and collection and management of tax Certificate.
Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
Handling queries related to accounts.
Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.


Qualifications:

Adequate knowledge of SAP and ground handling is an advantage.
Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using accounting software, such as SAP, ERP etc
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
Prior experience working with financial accounts
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
