Financial Controller

#AbacusELS is recruiting a #FinancialController for our clients in the Real Estate/Facilities Management sector in #Karachi. #Responsibilities • Management of the customer contract and be responsible for the financial management of client facilities • Work with the Facilities Manager and Finance Manager ensuring financial targets are met and understood • Interact with the local finance team in order to meet the statutory and tax requirements • Own and lead throughout the “purchase-to-pay” process • Prepare all monthly billings and accruals to customer’s • Support compilation of annual budgets, baseline & quarterly forecasts • Management of the month-end reporting process and provide financial reporting input • Preparation of the monthly client variance analysis report • Pro-actively drive the savings targets • Involved in yearly Budgeting #Requirements • Professional degree or equivalent in #accounting or #finance • 3 years experience in accounting and finance • Advanced #numerical & #analytical skills aligned with good presentation and enhanced spreadsheet skills • Fluency in English and strong computer (#Excel) skills. • Interpersonal Skills Candidates willing for the role may share CV’s at; executive.recruitment@abacus-global.com with Job Title mentioned in Subject Line.
